Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to everyone who uses Floowzy and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to all activity on the platform, and in particular to the modules that act on your behalf when you enable them — publishing or scheduling content, sending or assisting with replies to messages and comments, and creating or managing advertising campaigns and budgets. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.

2. You are responsible for your activity

You are solely responsible for all content you publish, all messages, comments, and replies you send, and all campaigns and budgets you confirm through Floowzy — including activity that is scheduled, automated, or assisted by AI. You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary for that activity, and that it complies with this Policy, with applicable law, and with the policies of every platform you connect.

3. Prohibited content

You must not use Floowzy to create, publish, send, or promote content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or that incites violence or discrimination.
• Is sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, or is otherwise obscene.
• Promotes illegal goods or services, or regulated products in violation of applicable rules.
• Contains malware, phishing, or links intended to harm, deceive, or compromise recipients.
• Impersonates any person or organization, or misrepresents your affiliation with them.

4. Anti-spam and messaging conduct

When you use Floowzy to send or assist with messages, comments, or direct messages, you must respect anti-spam rules and the messaging policies of each connected platform. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk or repetitive messages, or message people without a lawful basis to contact them.
• Ignore platform messaging windows, rate limits, consent requirements, or opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
• Use automated or AI-assisted replies to deceive recipients about who they are dealing with where disclosure is required.
• Harvest, scrape, or misuse contact details or other personal data of your audience.

Where Floowzy processes personal data of your audience or contacts on your behalf, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Advertising conduct

You authorize only the campaigns, budgets, and spend you explicitly confirm, and you must comply with the advertising policies of each platform you use. Any spend caps, limits, or confirmation steps Floowzy provides are a safety aid, not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for monitoring your campaigns and spend. Floowzy is not liable for advertising spend or for advertising outcomes.

6. AI-assisted output

AI-generated suggestions — including captions, ad copy, and reply drafts — are provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and edit AI output before it is published or sent, and you remain responsible for it. Where required by a platform or by law, you must disclose that content was generated or assisted by AI.

7. Platform-policy compliance

Floowzy is an independent platform and is not affiliated with the platforms you connect. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of each advertising platform, publishing channel, and messaging surface you connect — including their content, automation, messaging, and advertising rules. 8. System and security integrity

You must not:

• Attempt to access data, accounts, or workspaces you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the service.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or resell it without authorization.
• Interfere with other customers' use of Floowzy.

9. Enforcement and suspension

If we believe your activity violates this Policy, applicable law, or a connected platform's policies — or poses a risk of spam, abuse, fraud, or harm — we may, with or without notice, remove or refuse content, throttle or disable automated publishing or messaging, pause connected actions, and suspend or terminate your account. Where practical we will aim to give notice, but we may act immediately to protect the service, other users, connected platforms, or third parties.
