شروط الخدمة دي بتحكم وصولك واستخدامك لـ Floowzy. وهي اتفاق ملزم بينك (أو الجهة اللي بتمثلها) وبين Floowzy Labs LLC. بمجرد إنشاء الحساب، أنت موافق عليها.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Floowzy Labs LLC (company formation in progress) ("Floowzy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Floowzy, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent in jurisdictions where that's permitted. By using Floowzy, you represent that you can form a binding contract and that you are not barred from using the service under applicable law.
You're responsible for the credentials you use with Floowzy and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@floowzy.online if you suspect compromise. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the service's integrity, or are used for unlawful purposes.
Don't use Floowzy to violate any third-party platform policies (including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, X), infringe third-party rights, process data you don't have the right to process, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or scrape the product. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these rules.
Floowzy connects to ad platforms via their official APIs under read-only OAuth scopes you authorize. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, or X. You're responsible for keeping your platform authorizations valid; if a token expires or is revoked, parts of Floowzy will stop working until you reconnect. Each platform's own terms continue to apply to your use of that platform.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Trial periods convert to paid plans automatically if you don't cancel before the trial ends. Prices may change with 30-day notice; the new price applies at the next renewal. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace period before suspension.
Cancellation is available anytime from your account settings. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund-policy — generally a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions, pro-rated where applicable, no refunds on consumed usage-based add-ons.
Floowzy's AI commentary, predictions, anomaly flags, and recommendations are decision-support outputs, not guaranteed results. Ad performance depends on many factors outside Floowzy's control (creative quality, audience, market conditions, platform policy changes). You are solely responsible for the actions you take based on Floowzy's outputs. Floowzy makes no warranty that following its suggestions will produce any particular result, including but not limited to higher ROAS, lower CPA, or revenue gains.
Your content, including data you upload and the work you produce inside Floowzy, remains yours. You grant Floowzy a limited license to process it to operate the service. The Floowzy platform, software, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Floowzy Labs LLC and its licensors.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service on free or entry tiers. Enterprise plans may include SLA terms in a separate order form. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floowzy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid Floowzy in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Floowzy and its affiliates from any third-party claims arising out of your use of the service in violation of these terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may terminate your account anytime. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, liability, indemnification) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — pending company formation, expected: Delaware, United States], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
We update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Floowzy after the effective date means acceptance.
