When you request deletion, we permanently remove your profile, the workspaces you own, every ad_account you've connected (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X), every OAuth token (already encrypted at rest), every report, board, alert, insight, and the metrics rows attributed to your workspaces. Audit-log entries are retained for 30 days for compliance then permanently purged. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (commonly 7 years), in an anonymized form once you delete your profile.
1) Inside Floowzy: open Settings → Account → Delete account. This is the fastest path — your data is gone within minutes and the action is irreversible. 2) By email: write to privacy@floowzy.online from the email address on your account; we complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within 24 hours). 3) From your ad platform: revoke Floowzy's access from your platform's Business Integrations settings. The platform notifies our webhook at /api/meta/data-deletion (and equivalents) and we delete the corresponding ad_account rows and tokens automatically within 24 hours.
User-initiated in-app deletes complete within 60 seconds. Email-initiated deletes are processed within 30 days per applicable data-protection law, typically within 24 hours. Platform-initiated deletes (from Meta / Google / TikTok / Snapchat / X) complete within the platform's required window (24 hours for Meta); in practice our webhook acts within seconds. Backups are purged on the 30-day rolling rotation.
Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics (e.g., 'X% of workspaces used Reports last month') survive deletion because they contain no identifier that can be traced back to you. We never retain ad performance data after deletion — that's yours. Billing records are retained in anonymized form to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
