Floowzy is a subscription service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellation works. By subscribing, you agree to this policy alongside our Terms of Service (/terms).
If you subscribe to a paid Floowzy plan for the first time and decide it's not for you within 14 calendar days of your initial payment, email billing@floowzy.online and we'll issue a full refund of that first payment, minus any third-party transaction fees we cannot recover (typically less than 3%). This 14-day window applies to your first paid subscription only; subsequent renewals are governed by the pro-rated terms below.
Renewal charges are non-refundable by default after 7 days of the renewal date. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access remains active until the end of the period you paid for. We may, at our discretion, issue pro-rated refunds for renewals where service was materially unavailable or a feature was removed during the billing period.
Floowzy may offer usage-based add-ons (e.g., extra AI insights, additional ad accounts, or extra report exports). Once an add-on has been consumed, it is non-refundable. Unused, unconsumed add-on credits at the time of cancellation are non-transferable but can be used until the end of your current billing period.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing inside Floowzy. Your account stays fully active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then automatically downgrades to a free tier (or closes, if you choose). You can re-subscribe later from the same screen.
Email billing@floowzy.online from the email address on your account, within the applicable window, with a short note about your reason (optional but helpful so we can improve). We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
If a renewal payment fails, we retry up to 4 times over 7 days and email you each time. After the 7-day grace period without successful payment, the account is suspended (data preserved). If suspension exceeds 90 days, we may permanently close the account and delete its data per our retention policy.
Please contact billing@floowzy.online before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost every dispute faster directly. Chargebacks that bypass support may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Prices on our /pricing page are exclusive of applicable VAT/GST/sales tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing address and Stripe Tax. Tax components of payments are remitted to the relevant authority and are not refundable from Floowzy.
Subscriptions are charged in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversions performed by your card issuer are outside Floowzy's control and not refundable from Floowzy.
We update this policy occasionally. Material changes are announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Subscriptions in progress are honored under the policy in effect at the time of purchase for the remainder of their current period.
