Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Floowzy data at any time. Here is how.

1. Request deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@floowzy.online (or legal@floowzy.online) from the email address associated with your Floowzy account. Please include:
- Your account email address.
- Your workspace name (if known).
- A short description of what you would like deleted.
2. Disconnect connected platforms
Where available, you can disconnect connected advertising accounts from within Floowzy. You can also revoke Floowzy's access directly from each platform's own settings:
- Meta / Facebook — Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove Floowzy.
- Google — Google Account → Security → Third-party access → remove Floowzy.
- Other platforms — revoke connected-app access from that platform's account or security settings.
3. What may be deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the following where legally permitted:
- Profile and account data.
- Connected-account records and stored OAuth tokens.
- Platform identifiers we hold (account, campaign, ad IDs).
- Dashboards, reports, uploaded assets, comments, and workspaces you created.
4. What may be retained
We may retain limited data where required for legal or operational reasons, including:
- Invoices and transaction records.
- Security and audit logs.
- Records needed for legal compliance.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.
5. Timeline and verification
We process verified deletion requests within up to 30 days. To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
