Refund & Cancellation Policy
How subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work on Floowzy.

1. Subscriptions
Floowzy offers monthly and annual subscriptions. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year, until cancelled. Any free trial or early-access period, where offered, is described at sign-up.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting billing@floowzy.online. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans — payments are generally non-refundable for the current period; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Annual plans — we may, at our discretion, offer a prorated refund for unused full months; this is not guaranteed.
- Billing errors — if you were charged in error or charged twice (duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate and correct verified errors.
4. When refunds are not guaranteed
Except for verified billing errors or where required by law, refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed. Continued access to the service through the end of a paid period is provided in place of a refund unless otherwise agreed.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade, the change applies immediately and charges may be prorated. When you downgrade, the change typically applies at the start of the next billing period.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@floowzy.onlinewith your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days and to process approved refunds within a reasonable time, subject to your payment provider's processing times.
