How Floowzy uses connected advertising data — and how we protect it.

How we use connected data
Floowzy uses the advertising data you connect and authorize to provide dashboards, reports, AI-assisted insights, alerts, and collaboration features, and to deliver support. We do not sell customer advertising data.
Read-only by default
Initial advertising-platform integrations are read-only unless you explicitly enable a future action feature. Floowzy does not change, pause, or create campaigns without your explicit action.
Least-privilege access
We request only the permissions needed to deliver the features you use, following a least-privilege approach. You can revoke Floowzy's access at any time from within the product (where available) or from your platform's own settings — see our Data Deletion Instructions.
Credentials and tokens
OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are stored securely and encrypted where applicable, and are used only to retrieve the data you authorized.
Access controls
Access to workspaces and data is scoped to your team and roles. We apply administrative and technical controls designed to limit access to authorized users.
Data freshness
Reported figures depend on each platform's APIs and may be subject to platform-side processing and sync timing. We aim to present data transparently and to indicate the period a report covers.
